2	Direction of training	The goal of the educational program “Legal Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activities” is training specialists in the field of state support for entrepreneurship, legal regulation of entrepreneurial activities, representation of the interests of commercial structures in litigation, and legal support for business. Bachelor of Law in the educational program 6B04204 - "Legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity" can work as a consultant on legal issues of innovation, whose main activity is aimed at protecting the rights and legitimate interests of a legal entity engaged in the creation, development, dissemination and use of innovations, in accordance with the qualification requirements of professional standards - "Legal support of an innovation project".
3	The purpose of the educational program	- Compliance with international educational standards: subject descriptors, cycle and level of training (for example, the Dublin descriptors, the requirements of accreditation agencies and the expectations of strategic partners); - During the period of financing and active state legal support and development of entrepreneurship, the program focuses on the need of the Republic of Kazakhstan for professional specialists; - Compliance with the principles of constructive coherence: the graduate model, goals, planned learning outcomes, assessment and teaching methods; - Support of integration processes with the latest scientific research and technological innovations in the international legal sphere.
4	Graduate qualification model:	- activities to ensure the legal protection of citizens, the interests of the state and legal entities; - activity on legal regulation of the sphere of entrepreneurship; - organizational and managerial, claim and claim activities in the field of entrepreneurship of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - activities on the use of legal statistics and the introduction of digital and IT technologies in business and entrepreneurship; - conducting scientific research and participating in the development of draft regulations.

Competence in the field of expert consulting activities: - fluency in regulatory legal acts in the field of entrepreneurship; - ability to conduct a constructive dialogue, identify problems and find ways to solve them; CC 4. Competencies in the field of personal development: - formation of personal qualities based on knowledge of cultural studies, ethics and legal psychology; - the ability to use creative thinking in solving professional problems; - to put public opinion above personal opinion; - development of an anti-corruption culture of thinking; CC 5. Competence in the field of modern innovations: - fluency in knowledge of modern innovations in the law enforcement sphere of entrepreneurship; - use of innovative ideas and digital technologies in business activities; CC 6. Instrumental competencies: - development of constituent documents, local regulations in the field of business activity; - application of the acquired knowledge in representative, contractual and claim areas in business activities; - preparation and examination of documents for obtaining licenses and permits in business activities. CC 7. Systematizing competencies: - knowledge of systematization and codification of the current legislation; - application of a systematic approach in planning the process of professional activity. CC 8. Core competence: - knowledge of the legal regulation of business activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan; - knowledge and understanding of the industry specifics of business law; - ability to identify the causes and consequences of the occurrence of legal facts in the field of business; CC 9. Organizational and managerial competencies: - knowledge of the basics of management organization in commercial structures; - conducting organizational and economic activities based on the scientific organization of labor; - knowledge of teamwork skills. CC 10. Professional competence: - use of the acquired knowledge in professional activities; - ability to exercise legal protection of individuals and legal entities; - application of knowledge of the current legislation in the field of business activity; - ability to operate with the skills of conducting legal support of business activities; - knowledge of the legal foundations of competition law, business organization, legislation in the field of consumer protection. CC 11. Expert and analytical competencies: - the ability to collect, analyze and process legally relevant information through the use of formal legal, comparative legal and other special methods of cognition; - the ability to critically evaluate and rethink the accumulated professional experience, reflect on professional and social activities. CC 12. Professional and applied competencies: - ability to solve problems in professional activity based on the analysis of the current situation; - application of knowledge in the context of the integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the international trade community.
6	Learning outcomes:	Learning outcomes: LO-1. Apply knowledge of philosophy, psychology, sociology and other general education disciplines in professional activities. LO -2. To carry out professional activities with the use of modern management systems and marketing of business activities. LO -3. To provide legal advice and protect the interests of individuals and legal entities, to execute judicial acts. LO -4. Develop scientific projects to solve legal problems in entrepreneurial activity. LO -5. Conduct legal advice in the field of business with the use of digital technologies. LO -6. Conduct legal propaganda in the field of business activity. LO -7. Use mediation and other alternative methods in resolving commercial disputes. LO -8. Develop draft regulations and interpret the legislation in force. LO -9. Draw up legal documents and keep records LO -10. Apply international legislation in the field of private and public business law. LO -11. Use the knowledge of the basics of judicial practice for consulting and informative professional activities. LO -12. Apply the basics of legal regulation of business activity in legal practice.
7	Strategies and teaching methods:	The strategy of the educational program involves, along with the traditional ones, the use of the latest methods, techniques and forms of educational technologies in the learning process, such as remote forms of lectures, seminars, debates and discussions, conducting practical classes using innovative teaching technologies (case studies, coaching, creative groups, the method of "reflection", etc.), rational and creative use of pedagogical technologies and information sources (multimedia training programs, electronic textbooks, TV and Internet technologies). The key idea of the educational program strategy is to create the necessary conditions for training specialists in the field of law that meet modern requirements, strengthen the position of the university as a personnel and resource complex in the market of educational services in the West Kazakhstan region, improve the material base and internal infrastructure of the university. 8	Monitoring and evaluation of learning outcomes:	The educational program 6B04204 - "Legal regulation of business activity" provides a wide range of different forms of control and evaluation of learning outcomes: - current and boundary control (survey in the classroom, testing on the topics of the discipline, control works, protection of independent creative works, discussions, trainings, colloquiums, essays, etc.); - intermediate certification (testing on the sections of the discipline, oral, written and combined exam, project protection, self-assessment, protection of reports on practices); - final state certification.
