“The Contribution of I. Altynsarin and A. Bukeikhanov to the Preservation and Enhancement of the Cultural Heritage of the Kazakh People”

On April 22, a conference titled The Contribution of I. Altynsarin and A. Bukeikhanov to the Preservation and Enhancement of the Cultural Heritage of the Kazakh People  was held at the Faculty of History, Economics and Law of M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan University. The event was organized under the supervision of lecturers from the “Social Sciences” educational program, K.M. Nauanova, A.Zh. Kuspanova, and G.N. Yesseyeva.

The conference brought together scholars, faculty members, and students interested in the study and promotion of national history and culture. Presentations were delivered by lecturers B.S. Boranbayeva, K.M. Nauanova, and T.T. Shaikhiev, as well as students of the faculty, including A. Ilyusinova, V. Martynova, M. Zhangeldi, and S. Kuantai.

During the conference, substantive reports were presented, highlighting the educational activities of Ыbyrai Altynsarin, his role in the development of education, and his contribution to the formation of the spiritual values of society. Particular attention was given to the legacy of Alikhan Bukeikhanov, an outstanding public figure who made a significant contribution to the development of statehood, science, and national consciousness.

Participants emphasized the contemporary relevance of the ideas of these prominent figures, underscoring the importance of preserving cultural traditions and transmitting them to future generations. The discussions were accompanied by an active exchange of views and proposals regarding the further development of research in this field.

The conference served as an important platform for dialogue, strengthening cooperation, and promoting the historical and cultural heritage of Kazakhstan. As a result of the event, a set of recommendations was adopted aimed at expanding educational and research initiatives.
