Female Leadership in the Student Community

On March 4, within the Educational Program “Business, Management and Tourism”, a round table titled “Female Leaders in the Student Environment” was organized on the eve of the March 8 holiday. The main purpose of the event was to encourage and recognize the achievements of female students who actively participate in student life at the faculty and university levels and demonstrate high results.

The event was opened by the Head of the Educational Program, A.N. Sharafutdinova. She congratulated the students on the upcoming holiday and emphasized the importance of developing leadership qualities among young people. During the round table, the participants discussed the academic, social, and educational activities of students, their experience in participating in various projects and events, as well as their achievements. At the end of the event, the most active participants were awarded special letters of appreciation for their creative activity and contribution to public life. To create a festive atmosphere, a buffet reception was organized.
