On February 18, 2025, at the Department of History of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for 2nd-year students of the educational programs "6B01601-history" and "6B02202-history, archival affairs and museology", the teacher-psychologist of the Kadyr Myrzaliev Kazakh secondary school in Bayterek district of West Kazakhstan region, Nazira Khanguzhina Zhumageldievna conducted a training on the topic "My goal and plans". Also, the director of the Kazakh Secondary School named after K.Myrzaliev, methodologist Talipova Nursaule Zhandarbekovna told future teachers about the portfolio of history teachers at school, updated educational technologies, and modern new requirements for a school teacher.
Within the framework of the training, methods were carried out using the "Eisenhower matrix", the matrix of drawing up a target plan (short-term, long-term, Master plan, global goal, life values), which aroused great interest among students.
During the training, students shared their plans for the tasks set by the teacher, paying special attention to feedback from each other. The lesson was a useful methodological training, comprehensively analyzed at a high level.
